BLACKBERRY CHEESECAKE
Ingredients
1 packet Blackberry Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired)
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
2 cups Cool Whip
Premade graham or chocolate crust
1 packet Vanilla Cookie Topping (included in the box)
Instructions
Combine softened cream cheese with Blackberry Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired). Mix until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into a prepared graham or chocolate crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Garnish with fresh berries and Vanilla Cookie Topping, if desired.
